The Woolery Project is a small, grassroots 501(c)(3) non-profit working to secure and build an event center for use by the citizens of the eastern part of Oregon, or anyone who needs a large, open venue for destination weddings, memorial services, concerts and theatre — really any event the requires a large building with open space and spectacular views.
Called “The Woolery,” the center will provide room for any number of events, a heritage center, and a central point of focus for tourism and recreation in our community.
This large barn-like structure will also provide many opportunities for the region — socially, economically and historically.
The Woolery Project Board has been working very hard since 2013 to get where we are today. We have a very strong Board consisting of people from around the region, who are dedicated to this project and are not afraid to get in and work hard to accomplish our goals. We believe we are one of the hardest working organizations in the region.
We are committed to bringing people together and restoring a sense of community to our region.
To accomplish this goal, The Woolery Project sponsors and participates in many events throughout the year.
